One Fine Daisy started with a simple frustration: watching thousands of dollars of fresh flowers get thrown in the bin at the end of a wedding night. Founder Courtney had lived it firsthand, after her own wedding, she couldn't fathom the waste, and started looking for a better way. At the time, faux flowers weren't good enough. They are now.

We combine high-quality, botanically accurate faux blooms with fresh greenery and baby's breath, the two elements faux still can't fully replicate, to create arrangements that photograph as real, hold up through an entire day, and don't disappear the moment the reception ends.

We work with couples who want their wedding florals handled properly and efficiently. You approve the colour palette and flower selection upfront; we take care of the rest, design, hire, delivery, styling and pack-down. Your bridal party flowers are yours to keep. Everything else, we install and remove, so there's nothing left for you to manage or store afterwards.

One Fine Daisy has created florals for more than 180 couples across Melbourne and regional Victoria, placed third in the Florist category at the 2025 Australian Bridal Industry Awards, and been recognised by Easy Weddings, Vogue Ballroom and Vines of the Yarra Valley.
