The Couple’s Vision
Jav and Rogan envisioned a wedding that blended modern romance with the laid-back charm of Victoria’s coastline. Their goal was to create a day that felt both elegant and relaxed, making the most of Wye River’s stunning beachside setting and infusing their celebration with personal touches.
Venue: Wye River Beach Hotel, Great Ocean Road
Set on the iconic Great Ocean Road, Wye River Beach Hotel offered the perfect backdrop for Jav & Rogan’s big day. The venue’s panoramic ocean views and relaxed coastal vibe inspired much of the floral design, providing a unique canvas for everlasting arrangements that would look beautiful from ceremony to reception.
Floral Design Details
For this celebration, we focused on fresh greenery and our signature high-quality faux flowers to complement the natural beauty of Wye River:
Bridal Bouquet: A modern mix of white and pink faux roses, eucalyptus, and fresh Australian natives, hand-tied for a soft, romantic effect.
Bridesmaids Bouquets: Coordinated with the bridal bouquet, each with its own unique twist to suit the bridal party’s style.
Ceremony Arbour: Adorned with lush greenery and everlasting blooms, framing the couple against the backdrop of the ocean.
Reception Decor: Bud vases filled with faux roses and fresh Australian natives, pillar candles, plus a 5m long ceiling installation, helped carry the coastal theme throughout the evening.
