Angelika & Michael at Immerse in the Yarra Valley
The Couple’s Vision
Angelika and Michael wanted a classic, effortless look that would feel timeless in their photos and relaxed on the day. Think crisp whites, soft texture, and a fresh, just-picked feel. They asked for a lush ceremony moment that framed their vows without overwhelming the chapel, cohesive bouquets for the wedding party, and refined reception styling that felt abundant yet uncluttered.
Venue: Immerse in the Yarra Valley
Immerse in the Yarra Valley is a favourite for its vineyard views, beautiful natural light, and seamless indoor–outdoor flow. For Angelika and Michael, the chapel offered a romantic setting for the ceremony with the vines just beyond, and the reception spaces lent themselves to intimate, candlelit styling that carried the look from day to night.
Floral Design Details
For this celebration, we designed a show-stopping ceremony installation using our signature high-quality faux flowers and fresh greenery and babys breath:
Ceremony: A soft, symmetrical wine barrel installation designed to frame the couple’s first kiss perfectly. We built the base with high‑quality white faux roses for fullness and longevity, then layered fresh eucalyptus for movement and scent. Delicate baby’s breath added that airy, cloudlike texture without blocking light.
Bridal bouquet: A rounded, organic bouquet of white faux roses and airy baby’s breath, finished with fresh gum tips for gentle, natural edges. Satin ribbon tails completed the look, classic without feeling rigid.
Bridesmaids and boutonnieres: Slightly smaller echoes of the bride’s bouquet for the bridesmaids; simple white focal blooms with a hint of greenery for the groomsmen, designed low‑profile for all‑day comfort.
Reception: On the tables, a refined mix of bud vases and low arrangements with white faux roses, interspersed with our hire candles and candle holders. The head table featured three fuller, elongated pieces that tied back to the ceremony arrangements (placed on barrels behind the bridal table) and anchored the room once the lights dimmed.
Why Everlasting Flowers?
Angelika and Michael loved that everlasting florals look incredible in person and in photos, with none of the stress around heat or seasonality. Our high‑quality faux roses deliver that lush, in‑bloom look all day, while fresh eucalyptus brings movement, fragrance, and a natural finish. It’s the best of both worlds, bouquets the couple can keep forever, and a cohesive design that stays picture‑perfect from ceremony to last dance.
