Catrina & Andrew at Marnong Estate
The Couple’s Vision
Catrina and Andrew envisioned a wedding that felt warm, romantic, and effortlessly elegant. Built around crisp whites, soft peaches and rich rust tones, with fresh greenery and dried elements adding texture and depth.
The goal was a cohesive floral story that flowed from the personal flowers through to the ceremony and reception styling, with plenty of thoughtful details (and a few statement moments) along the way.
Venue: The Farm Yarra Valley
Set amongst sweeping views and beautiful vineyard surrounds, Marnong Estate is made for celebrations that feel both elevated and relaxed. The natural landscape and light-filled spaces suited Catrina and Andrew’s palette perfectly, letting the whites feel fresh and timeless, while the rust and peach tones brought that warm, sun-kissed glow.
Floral Design Details
Palette & texture: Whites, rusts and peaches paired with fresh greenery and dried elements for a soft, layered look.
Wedding Party Flowers: We created bouquets, buttonholes, wrist corsages and flower crowns. Designed to feel natural, airy and romantic, while still tying back clearly to the overall colour story.
Welcome & Ceremony: Guests were greeted by a floral welcome sign, styled in the same warm palette with greenery and dried textures. For the ceremony, we used plinths and plinth arrangements to frame the space and create a beautiful focal point without overwhelming the venue.
Reception: For the tables, we layered cheesecloth runners with bud vases and candles to create a warm, intimate atmosphere. And for a true “wow” moment, we finished with a ceiling arrangement, bringing the florals overhead and making the reception space feel full, lush and completely immersive.
Why Everlasting Flowers?
Everlasting florals let us create a consistent colour palette and design style across the entire day, while still incorporating fresh greenery for that just-picked feel. It’s the perfect balance of lasting beauty and natural texture, plus keepsake pieces you can enjoy long after the wedding.
